ATP employs over forty industry professionals in a team that processes large volumes of grape marc, grape lees and desludge by-products created from the wine making process to produce a natural product from material that would otherwise end up in landfill.

In fact, ATP is seen as a key driver of sustainability across the industry with a leading edge renewable energy plant that was completed in 2014 that has led the industry in re-defining key inputs and outputs.

The Natural Tartaric Acid that is produced is accepted in all our markets as being of the finest quality as is our Cream of Tartar. These two products are used Australia wide predominantly in the wine industry, the pharmaceutical industry and of course into our food manufacturing industry.
